CANCELLATIONS:
» Currently the reservation system does not handle cancellations. All you have to do is make another reservation for the correct time and collect your tickets based on the confirmation number of your correct time. As for the wrong tickets, if it is not collected within 45 minutes prior of the showtime, the tickets will automatically be sold to the queue at the cinema.
